I spent several WEEKS looking for a solution!!! The last driver AsiaMajor has (V-Gear card maker) was a XP one (about 2006). Then I searched for compatible chipsets (Philips saa7134) all over the internet and into lots of help forums (Microsoft Spain included) but I was absolutely out of luck!:-( I thought there was no solution for this issue. I was hopeless.

Then, connet your internet and go to update. Catching the TV Card update and desable, then HIDE. Finaly continue your update instalation. Always Windows Vista and Windows 7, install update automatically. Easy Solution: How to desable the TV Card update: • Before Windows do that, Do it yourself.
