Color palette. Default Spot Color Palette. 4) from here I select the Palettes tab (if it is not already selected) 5) then select from the Palette drop down menu: SPOT > PANTONE > PANTONE+ > Solid Coated This is a very clumsy and inefficient way to work as I must do this EVERY time I want to change from CMYK to Pantone. Is there any way to get x6. Hugh, Yes, I do have a client specifying a color from that palette. It's strange that Corel doesn't have Process Uncoated, but does have Pantone Solid Coated and Solid Uncoated. BTW, Adobe still isn't shipping these V. 2 palettes last I knew. I can export them to Adobe products via Pantone Color Manager Software, so it isn't too big a deal. Unfortunately, the only Corel application it exports to is Painter. I should bug them about supporting CD as well.

S Yairi guitar headstock. Suzuki Violin along with Kazuo Yairi's Father, Giichi. Who started the current K. Yairi business in 1935. Sadao didn't see his first classical or “gut” guitar until 1940 and had only made steel. Dating S Yairi guitars.

Beautiful instrument. Owned since 1981. Emperor date stamp 1980. Spruce/Rosewood Maple binding inc. Around neck and head.

Wood dot inlay on the fret board. Alvarez logo on bottom of neck heel. Does anyone know what the capital K stamped into the neck block might indicate.

I have ask other Alvarez owners. None are reporting the K stamping. I have searched the net and can't come up with another 5028 that is trimmed the same. I read somewhere that each craftsman was allowed from time to time to build as a distinct instrument. I wonder if the K could be the craftsman's stamp. Hi All, I have a K.

Yairi YC - 01 Concert Classical Guitar. I have tried everywhere to get information about this guitar, but alas I turned up empty. So I turn to the broader community via boards to find out anything about it. Alvarez by KAZUO YAIRI Serial: 38357 Model: YC - 01 Year: 1981 Personally signed by KAZUO YAIRI Made in Japan 56. 02 It was made on the 2nd of March 1981 in Japan. It is part of the Alvarez series of guitars.

This is all I know. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance. Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there had an opinion about this guitar. I have a 2005 with a clear pickguard and abalone and maple binding. I ordered it on a custom order. I was thinking of upgrading to a collings OM2H.

But I'm not sure if its really an upgrade. Seems like this guitar is rather unique. The sound and playability is very good and it is still in mint condition. Its also signed inside the neck and on the label By K Yairi. I also have a 1985 DY 51 in good condition that I still play. Any thoughts? Mine's a dread' shape with Venetian cutaway, and electronics -- 1 volume & 1 tone knob on side of small bout, jack on bottom side bout.

It's also only about 3 1/4' deep. Brown sunburst, faux tortoise shell pick guard, ivoroid body/top binding. Back/sides/neck are painted copperish color. K Yairi in abalone(?) along with stylized Y in middle of head stock. K Yairi branded chrome tuners. Ebony(?) with pearl dots for bridge pins. Bone nut & saddle.

Your mention of AR 375 is the closest I've found to mine. No idea what your 375 is like tho. I was too nice when I called about a DY72 Yairi 12 string 'K' signature Yairi a few days ago. It was a beautiful instrument with amber tuning buttons. I was on the line with a Lynsee at the store when a customer walked in asking about it so I let her go so she could speak with the customer telling her I would call right back.

2 minutes later I called her back and the lovely DY 72 was gone! The customer was there representing another person who lived in Texas and bought it. I still feel like it was meant for me and I missed out because I was too nice. Is your DY 72 still available? I can be reached at (904) 446-5175 if you leave a message.

I really feel like I was this Yairi was meant for me and I missed it for reasons I do not yet understand. Maybe it was because 'you' have the instrument I was meant to find. Thank you Zane. No matter what, I hope your Yairi found the home it was meant to have. My dad bought a Yairi DY57, Serial 12628 (manufacture date January 18, 1976) brand new in January 1977. I have the guitar (in almost new condition, BTW) which he sent to me some years ago. He bought the guitar in Syracuse NY at Gerber Music.

Somehow the music store put the wrong certification (signed by Kaz Yairi) in the case. Crusader kings 2 mods ck2plus. The cert document is for model DY85 Serial 10747 (March 10, 1975 manufacture date). So if anyone out there has this DY85 guitar and would like their original cert document, let me know. Also if anyone happens to have the cert document for my DY57 guitar, please let me know.

Found this discussion group on Yairi guitars. Also there's a couple of yairi websites &. A friend of mine had a Yairi that she wanted to sell & we found out there are 2 Yairi manufacturers S. We couldn't work out which had made her guitar & therefore what price to put on it. Ultimately, she didn't care, she just wanted to sell it as it hadn't be used for many a year & all interest in playing the guitar had long since gone.
