The recommended provider ('Oracle.DataAccess.Client') is not installed. You can continue with your current provider, however it has been deprecated and may not work correctly. Confused from these messages. Provider 'Oracle.DataAccess.Client' is not found while check edmx file. Add new table to existing model and save edmx file, issues says: No EF provider found for the provider with invariant name 'Oracle.DataAccess.Client'. Make sure provider is registered in the 'entityFramework' section of application config file. Oracle data access client. If we only install the oracle client and not the ODAC we get the next message: 'The recommended provider ('Oracle.DataAccess.Client') is not installed. You can continue with your current provider, however it has been deprecated and may not work properly.' But if we continue everything seems to work fine.

Okay so I would like to buy Ableton Live 6 LE to run on my macbook. I already have Plugsound Pro which is a VST instrument. Live 6LE can host only two instances of VST instruments per project. However I know that Plugsound Pro can load sound patches into 64 midi channels.

Mar 03, 2004  I own the collection and, overall, find the sounds to be pretty good. The piano collection is probably the best of the bunch. With respect to the challenge-response copy protection, the one time I had to reinstall the software, the USB Sounds registration website was unavailable for an entire weekend. To say the least, it was a very frustrating experience, and that incident was enough to make.

Am I right in assuming that I should be able to run anywhere upto 64 different patches from Plugsound Pro while running only one instance of the VST and that Live will be able to address each midi channel separately on different midi tracks? Or does Live only talk to a VST instrument as long as each instance is tied to only one midi channel? Any help appreciated.
