Hi After upgrade from Windows 7 to W10, my home laptop can not connect to home wifi. (under available wifi I can see my neighbors' wifi but not mine!) It worked well with no problems before. I tried troubleshooting and the error message was: None of your networks you have previously connected are in range. Vcds lite 12 rus. But this is not true as my ipad and iPhone work ok. And I am sitting 1 inch from the router!.

Airplane mode is off. I can connect to laptop using ethernet cable. This is very frustrating. Additional info in case it is relevant. When I choose option 'manage wifi settings' I can see that my home wifi is listed there under 'manage known network' and labled not shared. (I am not signed in for wifi sense) Could you please advise how to fix this issue asap. Hello, Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

• Hardware or software problems. • Inappropriate distance from the router or obstruction.

• Interference with other devices. A wireless network router has a limited broadcast range. The further the computer is from the router, the weaker the broadcast signal.
